結論 報告時、結論の次は事実から入る
課題 上司への報告が伝わらない。。。
要因 上司に、「こいつの理論について行っていいのか？」と不安がらせてしまっていること
対策 提案の後は、事実から説明を始める。
具体例：部品強度を上げる必要があると提案したいとき
現状の強度の定量値と、その強度だと外部から力が加えられたときに、どうなってしまうのか？を伝える。
まずは、事実を上司と一緒に見ることから始める。
こうなってますよ。事実はこうですよ。と、伝える。
（精神的なイメージだが、正面に立って話をせず、並んで、話をすることが大切。）
上司と二人で、事実を見る。自分と同じ気持ちに上司をさせてあげる。
上司がイラつくのは、こいつは何を心配しているかわからん！てなるから。
まとめ：上司と同じ方向を向くところから始めましょう。
